     Shrubs16
    New Jersey Tea

This sun loving native shrub is known for it's ability to do well in hot, dry conditions.  A short plant, it has lovely white flowers that add a sweet fragrance to the garden. The dried leaves of this shrub make an excellent tea that was very popular during the American Revolutionary War period. It's roots are nitrogen fixing which enriches the soil where it is planted, and the flowers provide a source of food for butterflies. It grows to 3 feet tall.

    Dakota Sunspot Cinquefoil

Dakota Sunspot is an extremely hardy, compact yet spreading potentilla with bright green foliage that is covered with vivid yellow flowers from late spring until killing autumn frosts. It grows 2-1/2 to 3 ft. tall and 3-4 ft. wide in full to part sun. Excellent for mass plantings or to add a burst of colour in any landscape!

Paraplu Pink Ink Rose of Sharon

These are the deepest, darkest, largest reddish-pink blooms we've ever seen on a rose of Sharon! This late summer bloomer from Proven Winners grows 6-10 ft. tall and 5 ft wide, adding some dramatic height to your garden. Plant in full sun for the best show of flowers, and prune in early spring.

    Pinkerella Hydrangea

With parents of Invicibelle Spirit and Incrediball, this Annabelle hydrangea sports large glorious pink clusters that appear mid July to late summer. These retain their colour straight through the season and beyond with drying flowers remaining just as pink!  Easy to grow and maintain, and incredibly hardy,  it requires moist, well-drained, moderately fertile soil.  Growing 4-5 ft. tall in sun or partial shade, this hydrangea makes a terrific accent plant or low hedge.

    Cherry Go Round Hydrangea

Incredible cherry red blooms cover this hydrangea and will grab the attention of all your neighbours! Remaining a compact 2-3 ft tall and wide, it’s ideal for use in small garden spaces or as a border. This re-blooming variety is sure to keep you entertained all through the growing season. Best in full sun to part shade.

    Early Evolution Hydrangea

Early Evolution offers a completely different form of flower than any other hydrangea, covering the plant with a sea of blooms! The flower colour evolution begins earlier than others, with buds forming in late spring, forming lime-white flowers that turn pure white. Blooms begin to blush as they age, ending up pink in September. Grows 2.5 ft. tall and wide. It grows best in full sun to part shade.

    Let's Dance Arriba Hydrangea

You will dance for joy all summer long when you see the large, intensely coloured flowers on this excellent re-blooming hydrangea! The colour of the blooms will depend on the acidity of your soil and will range from deep raspberry to violet blue. Growing 2-3 ft. high, its sturdy stems, increased hardiness, and recurring flowers, Let's Dance Arriba! will soon become your new favourite! Plant in full sun to part shade.

    Little Lime Punch Hydrangea

Drink in the beauty of Little Lime Punch! Although similar to Little Lime with its compact stature and lime-green blooms, it differs as its blooms gradually mature to bright Hawaiian Punch-red. Then it re-blooms, creating a mix of lime green, white, pink, and dark pink blooms all on one shrub! Finished blooms can be left on the shrub for added fall and winter interest. Grows 3-5 ft. tall and wide in full sun to part shade.

    Wee Bit Giddy Hydrangea

If you liked Cityline Paris hydrangea, you are going to love Wee Bit Giddy! That strong punch of colour is back even better, with bright raspberry pinks and rich violets that are possible depending on your soil acidity. Hardier than its predecessors but just as compact at 2 ft. tall and 3 ft. wide. Blooming on both new and old wood you can’t help but get excited for the show this shrub is going to bring to your garden beds. Plant in full sun to part shade.

    Fizzy Mizzy Sweetspire

A Sweetspire that literally stands out in the landscape! Its abundant upright flower spikes in early summer are bright white and carry a light, lovely fragrance that attracts people and pollinators. With a petite form of 2-3 ft tall and wide, you'll be able to use it in any size garden. The glossy green foliage turns lovely shades of red in the fall giving it added seasonal interest. Will grow in sun or shade.

    Sweet Cherry Tea Ninebark

If you love unique, vibrant color and easy growth, the Sweet Cherry Tea is a must! Its leaves start cherry red and mature to a deep purple. Lovely pastel coloured blooms appear in mid-May and again from July to the first frost. Once the leaves drop in the fall, the gorgeous exfoliating bark is exposed. This hardy dwarf variety grows 3-4 ft. tall and wide in full sun and perfect for planting near patios, pools and more.

    Raspberry Lemonade Ninebark

This exciting new dwarf cultivar of native Ninebark is not only a beauty but versatile as well! In spring, it emerges with cascading bright yellow tinted leaves on a compact form, followed by abundant white blooms May thru August, then a stunning display of coral candy coloured berries in the fall. Growing 4 ft. tall and wide in full sun, it will be an amazing plant for small spaces or masses in a larger garden.

    Snow White Fantasy Mock Orange

Delight your senses with this new reblooming mock orange! Gorgeous double white blooms cover this shrub in late spring to early summer and than again at the end of summer. The fragrance of the flowers is wonderfully reminiscent of orange blossoms, and the dark green foliage makes a great back drop for smaller shrubs or perennials. This hardy shrub grows 6 ft. tall and 5 ft. wide in full or part sun.

    New Age White Lilac

It's a New Age for Lilacs! Around half the size of traditiona flowering lilacs, this unique compact selection produces fragrant, pure white flowers in the late spring that are perfect for cutting. Its attractive foliage is also resistant to mildew. A hardy plant that grows 4-6 ft. tall and wide in full sun. It is a tidy compact specimen!

    Virtual Violet Lilac

With shiny violet new leaves, deep purple stems, raspberry-purple buds and fragrant violet flowers, this new upright extremely hardy lilac is aptly named! Growing 6-8 ft. tall and 5-7 ft. wide in full sun, its dense habit makes it a great choice for a hedge or foundation planting. Remarkably mildew-free!

    Steady Eddy Viburnum

This is NOT your run of the mill doublefile viburnum! With improved, stronger and longer bloom times in spring and repeat blooming in the summer, it has bested older varieties. Its elegant, lacy blooms are held on a strongly horizontal habit, which brings a unique architectural feature to the landscape. Foliage is dark green and glossy before turning brilliant purplish-burgundy in autumn. Grows 4-5 ft tall in sun to part shade.
