WHY DOES GROBE'S OFFER TROPICAL PLANTS VIA CURBSIDE PURCHASE? While we have acres of outdoor plant display areas, we regret that we have limited space to display and grow indoor tropicals as the weather turns colder. Our tropical plants are kept in 'sunnier and warmer climes' inaccessible to customers from late October to late January while our store is transformed to and from Christmas. THIS IS NOW DONE!
We are NOW OPEN to walk in visitors to view or purchase our tropical plants.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING...
1) We recognize that you, like ourselves, would prefer to 'see' the plants before making a purchase. To this end, we will do our best to ensure we have accurate pictures of 'actual' plants so that you may make an informed decision.
2) We do not 'hold' plants to permit consideration. UPON PURCHASE, plants will be held for no longer than 7 days from date of purchase.
3) Pick up of items but will be no sooner than one dayAFTER processing of payment during business hours.
4) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This means that even if the plant remains in our care, once it has been paid for, it is is YOURS.

HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1 - DOWNLOAD AND REVIEW Click on the orange brown button just below to download a current availability and price list.
STEP 2 - CREATE ORDER AND SUBMIT Fill out the ordering form below.
The ORDERING CODE is found on the downloaded price list in the furthest left column.
Input the corresponding ordering code for the plant of interest, and the quantity requested. Don't forget to CLICK ON SUBMIT at the bottom when it is complete.

STEP 3 - WAIT FOR QUOTE, REVIEW AND SETTLE
An email with an attached .pdf detailing your request with the amount required will be sent to you shortly.
If all is agreeable, then the payment process commences.
During our Christmas Break (Dec 25th - Jan 6th) payments in full will be accepted via Interac E-transfer only (details will be forwarded with your quote).
Pick ups will be Friday mornings only during that time (with those details sent upon payment).
Once we re-open for the winter season (Tuesday to Saturday) just contact the garden centre during business hours with the quote# and you may also settle using your credit card information. It is also possible to settle via Interac E-transfer of course if preferred.
