Resembling delicate mini-roses, this long-time favourite is true to its name, with 1-2” diameter, shell pink blooms opening to rosy pink double flowers in spring. Characterized by slowly spreading, neat and tidy growth, it requires evenly moist soil in partially shaded locations. This evergreen shrub will only grow 2-3 ft. tall and wide. Striking when in bloom, it will add vibrancy to any landscape!

Boudoir Azalea

This Evergreen Azalea is draped in stunning clusters of lightly-scented pink trumpet-shaped flowers with rose overtones and wavy edges in mid spring before developing its dark green leaves. Although hardy, it does require rich, acidic, evenly moist well-drained soil to thrive. Best in sun or part shade, it matures to 5 ft. tall and wide and benefits from a thick mulching to protect roots in winter.

All it takes is one look at this irresistible blue evergreen to fall in love! Covered in soft, feathery foliage, this fantastic false cypress matures to 15-20 ft. in a narrow column only 5-6 ft. wide. It grows well in part to full sun, but requires superb drainage and will not tolerate sites where standing water occurs. Rarely requiring pruning, it works well as a dramatic specimen or can be grouped together as a narrow hedge.

Vineland Dream Azalea

This hardy deciduous azalea has frilly bold pink blossoms with a dark orange blotch in late May, followed by green leaves. It blooms in mid to late spring and will grow to 3-1/2 ft. tall and 2-1/2 ft. wide in 5 years with a moderate growth rate. It requires a loamy, acidic soil and does best in a partially shaded, sheltered location.

It grows 12 ft. tall and 10-15 ft. wide in 20 years at about 8-10 inches per year and requires full sun and well-drained soil. Rather Seuss-like, it adds whimsy to any display garden!

SAPPHIRE SKIES YUCCA

This stunning broadleaf makes a bold statement in a water-wise garden or container. Narrow, stiff baby blue spiky leaves form a dense round ball, with a huge showy spike of white flowers emerging with maturity. Best in full sun, it may grow 3 ft. tall and wide but could grow larger in warmer areas of Canada. Although it is considered hardy, winter protection may be required for extended periods of sub-zero cold.
