     Warranty Service
    PLEASE REVIEW FIRST...

EFFECTIVE APRIL 15TH, 2026  - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

    1) ALL SETTLEMENT OF PLANT ISSUES FROM WARRANTABLE PLANTS PURCHASED IN 2025
WILL BE DEFERRED AT PRESENT UNTIL CLOSER TO THE END OF MAY
    2026.
This means that plants purchased prior to May 30th 2025 will have warranty coverage extended until JUNE 1ST 2026.
We will continue to answer questions, examine, diagnose and process requests for warranty through this time, but no replacement vouchers for use against replacement nursery stock material will be issued until closer to this date.
We will do our best to try to address every submission in a timely manner, but as the season progresses, it will mean delays.
(If we are able to get them done sooner, we will certainly try).

    2) ALL QUESTIONS, DIAGNOSES, AND WARRANTY SUBMISSIONS WILL REQUIRE IMAGES
We will be requiring pictures of ANY PLANT be submitted to process any claim for assistance/warranty.
Please put your name on your images, and submit as indicated below.
Plants should be as they are IN THE GROUND.
If we can't see/determine the issue or condition of your plant, we won't be issuing a warranty proxy at this time.

    3) WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OF PLANT MATERIALS
Once authorized, we will be waiving the return of dead material at this time.
We are sorry, but this will regrettably minimize our ability to tell you 'what went wrong' definitively.

    4) THERE WILL BE NO ON SITE AD HOC SETTLEMENT OF WARRANTY CLAIMS
While we will be opening our yard in mid-April, we regret that we will NOT be settling ANY issues ad hoc that arrive outside of our online warranty process.
    This includes phone calls.
Those that do arrive will be turned away.

Please fill out the information requested here as completely as you can.
We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible regarding your plant problem, but rest assured it will be as soon as we can.
DO NOT RETURN THE PLANT WITHOUT AN ISSUED WARRANTY PROXY NUMBER.
Please note that this information is not used for marketing purposes (See our Privacy Policy).

Images showing the problem must be uploaded on the form where noted below.
To upload a file just browse to find it on your computer, and click upload.
It will take a second to do so - and then it will indicate it has been 'completed' successfully.
Then, and only then, do you select 'SUBMIT'.
A small security Captcha will appear that needs to be done to complete your submission.
These image files should be at resolutions where file size is less than 1 Mb approximately.
Larger images may not be received in this manner - use SYNC method below.

    Image Uploading Starts here...

Clicking on the orange button above will direct you to our Sync page where you can upload your images.

Step 1) Please add your last name and/or use the filename(s) previously submitted so that we can match up your form info (above) to the images.
Step 2) Please limit your submission to only a couple of images per plant. We need to see context (where it sits in your yard) from about 10' away, as well as any obvious leaf or bark issue.  It is not necessary to submit multiple images of damaged leaves.
hould we need more clarity, we can determine that and will direct you to what else we might need to see.
Step 3Drag and drop the files into the box (or select 'Browse Files' to search your device).  The upload will start immediately.

Look for the All transfers Complete checkmark to know when your files have been uploaded.
That's all there is to it!

NOT SURE IT IS DEAD?   PERFORM A SCRATCH TEST!

Simply scratch the skin of the bark gently to expose the layer of tissue above the white wood. If the potential for growth exists, there will be a bright green layer beneath the skin and corrective action may save this plant.

    Scratch Green

If the tissue under the skin is green (cambium) the plant is alive.
It may need to be checked 'further in' to the plant.
